Our
final product is a tuscany natural wine from the old vineyard
:
Colombaia red wine IGT (different colour label for each vintage
as a truly reflection of the season of each year), a white wine
Bianco Toscano made with Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, and from
the youngest vineyard the red wine VIGNA NUOVA.
All
grapes are cultivated in compliance with organic agricultural
discipline, which is controlled by the IMC
Mediterranean Certification Institute, and following the biodynamic
method from 2005, we are certify demeter from 2007
